1. About us

SAIMAZ Beauty Salon is a beauty and salon business based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. We offer services including hair, skin, nails, facials, threading, waxing, mehndi, and bridal packages.

2. Bookings and appointments

This website is for booking services — it is not an online shop. When you add services and submit a booking, you are sending us a request. Your appointment is confirmed once our team confirms the date and time (by WhatsApp, phone, or in your member account). Verified members may receive instant confirmation. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but all slots are subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are indicative. The final price may vary based on hair length, service complexity, the products used, and your consultation. We will confirm the final price before beginning your service. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Payment

No payment is taken online through this website. You pay at the salon after your service, using the methods we accept in-store. For certain bookings — such as bridal packages or peak dates — we may request an advance or deposit, which we will communicate to you directly.

5. Member accounts

You may create an account using your mobile number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

7. Health, safety and results

Beauty and salon results vary from person to person and depend on factors we cannot fully control, such as skin type, hair condition, and aftercare. Please tell your therapist about any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication, or sensitivities before your service. We may recommend a patch test for certain treatments. Following the aftercare advice we give you is your responsibility.

8. Your conduct

Please arrive on time and treat our team and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

9. Photos and marketing

With your consent, we may photograph results for our portfolio or social media. Please let us know if you would prefer we do not.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our logo, text, images, and design — belongs to SAIMAZ Beauty Salon and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAIMAZ Beauty Salon is not liable for reactions or outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions or from not following our aftercare advice. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
